Wojciech spent most of his career at Comgest, which he joined in early 1999 as a financial analyst for companies from Eastern European countries.
In 2000, he was appointed co-manager of the Emerging Markets Strategy, at the time Comgest's smallest business segment (AUM: 30 million euros). Until 2020, Wojciech played a key role in the management of emerging funds, open ended and dedicated mandates, and oversaw a number of ancillary strategies (Latin America, India, Promising Companies). As co-head and then head of the emerging markets team based in Paris (2013-2019), he was very involved in the growth of assets under management, which at the time of his departure oscillated around 13 billion euros. As a shareholder and senior partner, Wojciech has also been strongly involved in Comgest's corporate life, as a member of the Executive, Investment and Risk Committees.
2020 was a year of transition where Wojciech helped Comgest establish a commercial branch in Belgium, while gradually departing from the management of emerging market funds that he officially stopped in December 2020. Not feeling totally comfortable in a purely commercial role, Wojciech left Comgest in September 2021.
Wojciech holds a double master’s degree in Business Management and Market Finance as well as a post graduate DESS in Financial and Banking Techniques, diplomas obtained at the Panthéon Assas University in Paris.
Born in 1975 in Poland, Franco-Polish, Wojciech is the father of three teenagers. In moments free from work and family, he takes care of his few youngtimer cars, learns to play golf, listens to music, and reads.
Charles also discovered the world of finance at Comgest, where he became an intern in 2004. He then went on to formally become part of the emerging team in 2006 to analyse Latin American companies.
At that time, and after a few good years of absolute and relative performance, assets under management in emerging markets were approaching 1 billion euros before experiencing strong growth. A horizontal organization and the benevolence of experienced professionals allowed Charles to quickly progress in responsibilities. His geographical exposure was extended, and he was very soon participating in the management of regional and global emerging market funds. Charles has also been very active in the building and maintaining relationships with Comgest's clientele. He was officially appointed co-manager of the emerging strategy in 2016, a role he held until his departure in 2021.
At the same time, as shareholder of Comgest, Charles took a great interest in the life of the company, contributing to strategic decisions (front-to-back software, fund liquidity rules) or participating in the Remuneration Committee. Charles decided to end his career at Comgest in December 2021 to make way for a new entrepreneurial adventure.
Charles holds a double degree in Engineer-Management from Telecom Sud Paris, specializing in finance from the Institute Mines-Télécom Business School (IMT-BS).
Born in 1982 in Venezuela, Franco-Venezuelan, Charles is the father of two children. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, fine wines and reading.
Benjamin began his professional career at Comgest in 2007, first as an analyst trainee for the Emerging Markets team and then in an operational support role for the Group's development.
After having participated locally in the deployment of the Japanese structure in Tokyo in 2010 and 2011 and then as a member of its Board, Benjamin returned to Paris to manage various strategic projects of the Comgest group. These included the establishment of a centralized trading table, the creation of Comgest USA, the follow-up of the tax aspects of the group, and other projects. From 2017, Benjamin took on the role of "Group Investment Operating Officer", whose main role was to ensure the link and coordination between the Portfolio Managers’ teams, the Management and the Group's support departments.
After twelve years devoted to supporting Comgest in its development, Benjamin decided to leave the group in 2019 in order to invest himself in the charitable field and take up the position of manager of a recognized association of general interest.
Those fifteen years spent in various cross-functional roles have enabled him to acquire in-depth knowledge of the asset management sector and the operational management of a company. Benjamin now wishes to use this experience for Stabiho Investment Partners, along with Charles and Wojciech, whose values he shares.
Benjamin holds a double degree of "Master in Market Finance" obtained at TBS Education and a "Master of Management and Strategy" obtained at the University of Belgrano (Buenos Aires).
Born in 1985 and from Marseille, Benjamin is the father of two little boys. In his free time, he practices triathlons, discovers the work of ceramics and continues his charitable activities.
